THE AURAWAYS ships orders placed through its website to serviceable locations in India. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Order Processing

·        Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·        Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

·        During launches, promotional campaigns, sale periods or operational disruptions, processing may take longer. Customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

Delivery

·        Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier serviceability.

·        Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of weather, holidays, courier delays, address issues, force majeure events or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

·        Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and PIN code.

Shipping Charges

·        Shipping charges are free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery PIN code and displayed at checkout.
COD: Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes/orders. A COD charge of ₹80 applies to eligible COD orders; this is a COD service charge and no additional shipping charge is applied for the COD service itself. The applicable amount will be displayed before order confirmation.

·        Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before order confirmation.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

·        Tracking details will be shared after dispatch where available.

·        If an order shows delivered but has not been received, the customer should contact THE AURAWAYS at care@theauraways.com | +91-9870525454 promptly.

·        If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges Confirmed.
